  3. Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email or SMS with details of your order. Please review this confirmation for accuracy. The preparation of an order takes approximately 20 minutes. If it takes longer, we will contact you.

1. Woo Payments (Online Payment):

  • When placing an order online through our website, you have the option to make a secure payment using Woo Payments.
  • We accept major credit cards and other secure online payment methods through Woo Payments. Your financial information is encrypted and protected for your safety.
  • All online payments are processed securely to ensure a smooth and hassle-free transaction.

2. Payment on Pickup (In-Person Payment):

  • We also offer the flexibility of paying in cash when you choose to pick up your order in person at our restaurant.
  • When selecting “Cash on Pickup” as your payment method, your order will be prepared and held for you, but no payment is required at the time of order placement.
  • Please make sure to have the exact amount in cash for your order. Our staff will provide you with the total amount when you arrive at our restaurant for pickup.
  • We accept credit/debit card payments for payment on Pickup orders.

3. Payment Confirmation:

  • For Woo Payments, you will receive an email confirmation for your online payment. This email will serve as proof of your successful transaction.
  • For Cash on Pickup, you will receive an order confirmation with the total amount due. Please present this confirmation when collecting your order in person.
  • Additionally, for added convenience, we will send an SMS confirmation to your provided phone number for both Woo Payments and Cash on Pickup.

4. Payment Discrepancies:
